L’ANTICA QUERCIA

L’Antica Quercia is a unified estate spanning thirty hectares, where vineyards, olive trees, and pomegranate plants alternate beneath the protection of two centuries-old oaks.

La Ghiandaia lies just a few steps from the winery. Walking through the vineyards along a white gravel path, framed by the ancient oaks and a small pond in the valley below — a historic refuge for herons and other migratory birds — you can fully embrace the beauty of nature.

We are located along the axis that connects the towering Dolomite peaks to Venice, nestled among unique hills that offer nothing but the very best. We produce wine, olive oil, and pomegranate juice, all in harmony with nature and its rhythms.
We like to think of L’Antica Quercia above all as a beautiful place to be. We do this for ourselves, for the people who live alongside us, and for those who will be here in the years to come.

Walking along the vineyards, sitting in the shade of the great Oak, and observing the surrounding landscape is a way to fully grasp our journey.
Nature is our inspiration; it guides us with a continuous flow of energy. This is why, many years ago, we chose to cultivate vines and produce wine following the principles of organic and biodynamic farming.

The doors of our estate are always open. We take pride in our daily work and would be delighted to welcome you for a guided tour of the vineyards and winery. If you wish to take home a piece of our story and continue the journey with us, you will also find a small wine shop on site.

...the Oak is named after a real and magnificent oak tree that stands on the edge and about halfway along the long ridge that constitutes the entire property (Vino Al Vino, Mario Soldati, Autumn 1970)
